Teaming Arrangement

LinguaLISTek understands the value small businesses provide to procurements such as Seaport-e.  LinguaLISTek has a successful history of bringing together various and diverse companies in the execution of our various government contracts. LinguaLISTek has assembled a diverse team of small businesses, and one medium size business, to perform the work on Seaport-e and to assist the government in fulfilling its mission.  The LinguaLISTek Seaport-e Team has the combined ability to support Seaport-e’s complex tasks at the highest level of quality, while maximizing small business participation.   The LinguaLISTek Seaport-e Team was additionally assembled to enable the Seaport-e Program in maximizing its small business participation goals. As shown in the following table, our team includes companies made up of various small business designations, with a diverse background of experience, skills, and quality services.

 Alamo City Engineering Services (ACES) is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned, Hub Zone Certified, Small Business that has been providing support to the Department of Defense and Department of Homeland Security. Some of the support to DHS includes being instrumental in the creation, upgrades and maintenance of the Unclassified, Secret and TS/SCI LANS/WANS on the Nebraska Avenue Complex Campus, as well as the networks at Mount Weather Va. ACES also performed the following activities:
• Project Management for the SCIF construction
• Vendor liaison for the delivery and deployment of Workstations and delivery and deployment of Servers
• Provided ISSO support, Configuration Management for TS/SCI LAN, Certification and Accreditation (C&A).
• Coordinated, Management and Analysis of all IAIP IT Security Test and Evaluation
• Design, install and integrate network expansion services
• Support the creation of the Network Operations Center (NOC), Security Operations Center (SOC), and the Tier 2 Help Desk.

Defense Training and Technologies (DT2) is a unit of Adayana Inc. that addresses the training needs of the defense market. DT2 was formed through the merger of GIST Inc. and the Defense Services division of Adayana Inc. DT2 works directly with the Department of Defense and has teaming and subcontracting arrangements with several large Defense contractors.  Adayana, Inc., founded in 2001, is a learning services group that focuses on helping clients improve their business and human performance through learning solutions.  Their learning services are provided to specific vertical markets including Defense. They design and develop custom content e-Learning courseware—or classroom-based courses—anchored in sound instructional design, open standards-based technologies, with a vertical market focus.  Their offerings include (e-Learning and classroom-based) custom course design and development, equipment simulation, consulting services, gap technologies, LMS hosting and deployment, portal development and management, and numerous unique tools that assist in the development and deployment of our learning solutions.  DT2 has a strong physical presence in both the U.S. and India and provide services to clients located around the globe.  Their development and production unit is ISO 9001:2000 certified.

LESI is a multi-faceted engineering company developed to provide leading edge services and solutions in the areas of Digital signal processing, system engineering, architecture development, Information Technology, Information Assurance, Systems Engineering, Integration, and Engineering Consulting Services for government and commercial customers worldwide.  LESI’s corporate office is located in San Antonio, Texas.  As a subcontractor, LESI supports the Radio Exploitation (REX) High Frequency (HF) Regional Development Program and the Learning Support Services (LSS) Program with the National Security Agency (NSA) in Texas, Georgia, Hawaii, and Maryland.

TCS Translations’ overall mission is to provide timely and expert delivery, sustained quality, and responsive management of professional language services, training, and analysis.   TCS has supported all branches of the US Military: the US Air Force Office of Special Investigations (AFOSI), the US Marine Corps Forces Special Operations Command (MARSOC), the US Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM), and the US Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS). For the Department of Defense, TCS provides translation, transcription, interpretation, role player training, interrogation training, and other language and training services, both CONUS and OCONUS.  TCS Translations works closely with a number of law enforcement agencies throughout the country serving agencies such as: the Department of Homeland Security-Immigration and Customs Enforcement (DHS-ICE), the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), the Department of Justice/ Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), various High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area (HIDTA) offices, and numerous local, state and federal law enforcement, intelligence and military agencies and institutions.
